British artist Graham Pellow has had a passion for drawing and painting since childhood, particularly in watercolour landscapes. He works in most mediums, since all have their own strengths and weaknesses. More recently he has worked extensively in oils. Whilst traveling the world Graham loves to record the trips using sketch books. He now has an extensive collection, often using these sketches to work up larger paintings. These sketch books have become his prized possessions. Creating a painting with atmosphere is always Graham's ambition, capturing fleeting moments of light, often early in the morning or late evening. Many of Graham's paintings are printed as Greeting Cards and sold at exhibitions. Graham is the Chairman of his local Eastcote Art Society and exhibits locally with them throughout the year. He is also member of Hillingdon Artists (www.hillingdonartists.org). Graham teaches on a regular basis frequently on an one to one basis and with occasional workshops. 2012. Graham will be exhibiting with the Eastcote Art Society at the Cow Byer between 17th - 30th June. 2012. Graham will be participating in the Hillingdon Open Studios Event this Year. 2012. Graham’s One Man Exhibition is at the Cow Byer between 16th - 29th September. The Exhibition will contain new figurative and landscape works in acrylics, oils, pastels and watercolours.
